Mobile projects start at $199. Other video projects start at $1K. Cost is ultimately determined by how much work, time and travel is required to bring your vision to life. Once we know all the variables, we will give you one price. There are no surprise costs. Ever.

Most mobile video projects have a 24 hrs. turnaround from shooting to editing.

All other project turnaround times range from 24 hrs. to several weeks.

The average client project takes less than two weeks to complete from start to finish.

Step 1: Discovery - During the Discovery step we brainstorm your creative concept, outline and schedule each step of the production process, and collect the details we need to get started. Once we decide that we are a good fit for this project, hands are shaken, contracts are signed, a 50% deposit is made, and beers are cracked open.

Step 2: Pre-production - During the pre-production step we make decisions on talent, locations, script and create a storyboard for your video if necessary. Then we create a production schedule and prepare the rest of the elements of your project for production.

Step 3: Production - During the production step we capture all footage at each location as well as handle all crew and art direction from beginning to end.

Step 4: Post-production - During the post-production step we edit your footage, handle color and sound correction, create motion graphics and animation, and bring your vision to life. This is when the First Cut of the project is issued and revisions are made.

Step 5: Delivery - During the delivery step a Final Cut of your video is issued and made available for download, typically through a Vimeo link. This is when the final payment for the project is made.

Once your video is made available for download, you will be issued a Web Usage License.

This let’s you use your video anywhere online, whether that’s on your website or your social media platforms.

However, Broadcasting, TV, and streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, etc. are not included in this license.

Because of music licensing costs. Our cost to license music for broadcast and TV usage starts at $2.5K+ per track, which is something that we would have to pass on to the client.
